Independent Artist Jay Davids
Jay has been a songwriter for over 24 years, a producer for 10 and has dozens of songs to his credit. While he claims influences as diverse as Billy Joel, Brian Duncan, Michael W. Smith, Journey and Chicago, to name a few,
He has a sound all his own!

Jay's early years on New York's Long Island involved a childhood surrounded by music which included everything from singing with his family in church to participating as a choir member for the Hosanna Integrity recording "Exalt The Lord" as a teen.
A diverse artist / songwriter, he was keyboardist and one of the lead singers of the Long Island band NorthWind, played Saxophone as part of the house band at the Gilead Coffeehouse in Port Jefferson, NY with Mike Delguidice, and was the front man of Covenant the band. From 1996 until 2008 Jay served as a worship leader for a small church in Texas.
Now Jay is bringing his music to a new audience and his passion to a new level. Whether you need passionate worship for an upcoming retreat, or an entertaining performance at a future event, or a combination of the two, you will not be disapointed.
Jay, his wife Katie and their 4 children live in Frederick MD.
